None that run on the IIe. You can run a terminal program and connect to your
ISP's UNIX shell, which usually will have the browser Lynx available.

Get a Super Serial Card, set the jumpers as described on the page below. Put
it in Slot 2, plug in the modem cable. Plug the modem cable into the modem,
and also the phone line and the power connection. Turn on modem and Apple
IIe.

The modem can be used with a terminal program.
