     The source ISP for this SPAM posting appears to be tiac.net.

     An abuse complaint email can usually be sent by 'replying to sender
only' and changing the 'To' address to "abuse@" + the ISP name. In this case
an abuse complaint could be addressed to ...

abuse@tiac.net

and, possibly,
abuse@radioshack.com


     You can need only a brife intro, such as  ...

"This is a SPAM message posted to comp.sys.apple2:"

followed by a copy of the heading pasted above the spam message. (You can get
a copy of the full heading by setting your browser's headings view to "all"
or "full" and copying the heading from the original message.)
