Dear Stoy,
Continue monitoring eBay and the like since the Apple ][+ does come up from time
to time. Also, subscribe to comp.sys.apple2.marketplace and
comp.sys.apple2.programmer as these groups often mention Apple ][+. Your chances
of finding a complete system with all the bells and whistles from one source is
getting rarer as time goes by -- I can't speak about the used Apple ][+ market
in the UK, but here (USA) there are more parts, peripherals, accessories,
drives, monitors, firmware etc., offered separately as they can fetch better
stand-alone prices. Most people in the Apple ][+ market already 'have' the basic
machine but are looking to upgrade or replace a component. You are in the
opposite boat; you want the whole system from scratch. My feeling is it's out
there; do you have the patience to find it? Just keep monitoring the newsgroups,
day in, day out.
Regards,
Bert
