The main point is the 115-230V problem. The European/Australian power
supply can be switched to 115V operation, but the 115V version cannot
handle 230V. These could be converted (replace diodes and primary
capacitor, change pwm ratio), but this requires some knowledge.

Of course you may use a step-down transformer instead, and operate the
computer at its rated voltage.

60Hz video is not critical, most monitors can handle both 50Hz and 60Hz.
However, if you want to use a TV set as a display, you will have to
modify the main board as described in the "red book".

The keyboard layout is always the same, international versions like
"QWERTZ" or "ZSDFG" were not available.
