Don't think Cross Country Canada is currently available on any of the
archives. Posting here is a good start to finding it. Maybe someone who has the
game will upload a disk image or ShrinkIt archive to Asimov at
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/incoming/ .
