Transwarp card for //e

I recently inherited an AE Transwarp //e card which I'm having
difficulty with on my Platinum //e.

It appears that when I install the Transwarp //e card in a 1987
enhanced //e (Platinum model) and set the DIP switch settings
appropriately, the system powers up but will not boot (no beep heard
either).  I tried moving the TW to another slot (in addition to
slot#3) and encountered the same problem.

However, when I tried the TW card in a 1984 enhanced //e and an
unenhanced //e, both systems boot fine with the TW card installed in
Slot#3 or any other slot.  I checked the DIP switch settings on both
these machines to match the installed cards.

Any ideas ?
