Old Apple IIe game - anyone remember the name?

There was a game on the old IIe that was a line graphics game where you had to 
go into a dungeon - climb down a ladder -  and kill Orcs, Vampires, etc and 
has leather armor, crossbow, broadsword, etc. There was a health / point 
system & it was more & more difficult the deeper into the dungeon you went.

A friend of mine & I were reminiscing & could not remember the name of it. 
This game was Circa 1981 or so.

If you remember the name of this one please reply as this has been driving us 
nuts all night.
