I first used a VCR and TV to view my //e programs in color. Unplug the cable
from the back of your monochrome monitor and plug it into the video input port
of a VCR, set the VCR to CAMERA input and turn your TV on. I used to get a
sore neck from craning my head 90 degrees to watch my programs in color on the
other wall.
This trick worked in the classroom to--and still does, but many of the newer
TVs don't require a VCR to make it work, you just select CABLE as the input and
go from there.
BTW, don't trash your monochrome screen. It's easier on the eyes and 80 column
text is next to unreadable on a color TV screen.
