It never actually says this. The strongest thing that
scripture says about itself is that it is useful and
inspired... When the bible is referring to scripture
it is referring to itself, when the bible is referring
to the word of God, it is referring to something else...
and the word was God, and the word became flesh...
God himself is no mere book of pages, and no mere
book of pages is God himself...
