     The apple.cabi.net site does not exist under that name. Much of its content
was included on Tarnover which, in turn, was mirrored on White Rabbit (where it
is not yet available).  A lot of the ACN content has been distributed to other
sites.

     There are a few good places to upload stuff you want to be available for
download with minimal delay. Two are Asimov and Ground:
