Dazzle Draw is for producing static images in the 8-bit double hi-res
graphics mode. It has no animation facility.

Fantavision is for producing vector based animations (it does
'tweening for you) and it comes in two versions. The original runs on
the 8-bit Apple IIs in standard hi-res mode and can produce very fluid
animation. There is also a 16-bit version for the Apple IIGS running
in super hi-res mode, but it's not very fluid. It doesn't run on a
ROM03 IIGS, either.

Animate is a program I have not used, but I do know that it is post-
Fantavision, rather than before it. It can produce animation in double
hi-res on 8 bit Apple IIs. It is more frame and cel-based than it is
vector based, so it might be more suited for animating realistic
figures or doing cartoon like animation than Fantavision.
