So, let's see.

System A has the following in its favor:

RAM (8 MiB total)
ROM drive (not that great)
Slightly faster accelerator, I think

System B has the following in its favor:

Uthernet
Ability to use a VGA monitor (although it might well be more trouble than it's worth)
Lower power consumption accelerator with less airflow restriction
Ability to use 1440 kiB floppies
Ability to use far larger mass storage, or disk images easily
Ability to use SCSI

System B wins for use.

Now, what I'd ACTUALLY use given the two systems... System C(omplete)... ROM 3, with the GS-RAM and expander, Uthernet, upgrade the Zip to 12.5/64, either stereo card, SuperDrive controller, CFFA3000, and ditch the RAMFast because, really, SCSI isn't that useful nowadays.
