Well i spent a bit of time this evening looking at seeing if i can
find the problem, but didn't get anywhere. This seems on the face of
it to be physical GS related as not able to see the same issue in
Sweet16.

Now this isn't the end of the world and only seems to impact the list
view...but I just in case anyone has any ideas or have a similar
setup...or says oi you are being stupid ;-). This is what i have
tested on both a loaded GS/OS install and a vanilla one.

Using a kensington orbit trackball and using ctrl to reproduce 2nd
mouse click. Unless you are in small or large icon view the right
click does't show context for the icon. Switch to icon mode and you
get all the options you would expect i.e Trasher option as well.
