Re: Using Apple //c with Palmpilot



Now there is an interesting and useful project!  I'd like to see that. 
I'd also like to have it to integrate into AppleWorks for the addres
book, and data staorage, etc.  Way cool idea.

IMHO Because the Palm uses standard RS-232 signals, I think your best
bet would be to interface it with one of the on-board serial ports,
either the modem or the printer.  (Are there two on a IIc? No matter.) 
If you use the serial port on a IIC, electronically it will be able to
hanle the connection much easier than modifying the mouse port which
runs on totally different voltages and signals.
