     If you did not have an Apple II with a 3.5" drive or hard disk,
then, making disk images would have been kind of messy. It's pretty easy
on a modern A2 using DSK2FILE or ASIMOV.

     Unless you did something to improve the program or deprotect the
disk, there would be no reason to add any credits.

     Anyway, without an Apple II you're sort of up the creek as far as
making Apple II disk images is concerned. At least, you have the game in
case you set up an Apple II; and, users have your report that an A2
version of the game exists. Thanks for the info.
