ANN: Arachnid Browser Preview 3 Out

Just a short note to let you all know that the 3rd Preview Release of 
Arachnid, the stand alone web browser for the Apple IIGS is out.

This version supports browsing the web with or without a proxy server, 
and downloading files with passive ftp. There are lots of other small 
improvements too. 

Most people should find this version is usable, if still incomplete.
