Well, be sure the power "brick" is plugged in to a good outlet, and into the
IIc. Switch the power switch on the IIc to "On". If it doesn't respond, try
wiggling the connections. If it still doesn't work, try the other IIc, and
the other power "brick" in all possible combinations. It's unlikely that
they are both bad.
