There was once a newsletter devoted mainly to the interests of the
Blind called: "Raised Dot" which was originally published on Apple
II 5.25s.
It also had quite a bit of general Apple Computing based articles, and
articles on early computer based supportive devices (facinating area of
research that).
Well some kind souls rendered the whole corpus of it to html and posted

check it out.
