An 800K Mac drive can also handle 400K disks, no problem. A 400K disk is
just a single-sided 800K.

Just save them in the format you find them on the net- for example, .shk
for the ProDos, .hqx for the Mac. Those files can be transfered to a PC and
saved on CDR's.
