The differences are fairly significant, and getting it to work might not
be pretty. But in the mean time while you are looking for a suitable RGB
monitor, you can still use the IIgs, as it has an NTSC composite video
output on it which you can connect to virtually any VTR, composite
monitor, or modern TV set. Recently I hooked mine to my 32" color TV and
was surprised that the 80-column text...while not as crisp as on my IIgs
monitor...was surprisingly readable.
