Hmm, I recall seeing a weird card somewhere, with an ISA slot
connector on one "side" of the card, and a PCI slot connector on the
other "side". So, if you have a newer PCI-only or an older ISA-only
machine, you can use the same card in either machine. Neat.
Now, how treacherous with THIS design method be? It'd have to be
shipped with two slot brackets so you could use it as either an ISA or
PCI card. ;-)
I offer this only as a mere suggestion. A dual ISA/PCA card may be
more trouble than it is worth.
