IIe boot disk needed

At the local thrift store a beautiful Apple IIe is waiting to be
purchased, but it lacks a boot disk. I don't have a 5.25 drive, so an
image won't help.
If anybody would be prepared to create a boot disk for me, I'd gladly
reimburse him or her for the effort and p&p, or trade some of the
software that comes with the computer.
