AppleTalk keeps loading

I just set up a couple of disk images and transferred the IIgs files I was
keeping in a folder on my hard disk. The disk image boots and everything
works, except for one thing. Every time I start it up it says it can't
find the AppleTalk connection. I disabled every possible file I could find
that would relate to AppleTalk, but this message keeps popping up. Any
ideas?
