Yes, this can be done.
If you don't have it already, download a copy of the Imagewriter II manual
from Apple's web site. Much of the information in the back of the manual
regarding interfacing this printer to an Apple II is applicable to
interfacing it to a PC.
You can use Windows "generic/text only" printer driver.
