Re: First computers . . .

I started on a TI-99/4A but didn't find it much fun compared to the other
computers at the time (vic-20). My next computer was an Apple IIgs. My
best memory of early computing was playing all the games on the IIgs. I
then upgraded to a Mac +, to a Mac IIsi, to a PowerMac 7100, to a Pentium
150, to a Pentium 233, to a Pentium 400, to now a Pentium 866. All of this
will go backwards though when I pick up my new IIgs that I just rescued from
a school. The next year will be spent putting all of the software I have
back on the IIgs and working on some programming on it.

My advice to anyone that has old Apple computers around. Hold onto them.
It's the moment you get rid of them that you will want them back! The
computers we started with will always have the greatest memories in our
minds.
