I didn't read the original message, but AppleWorks WAS made Y2K compliant back
in 1994 with the release of AppleWorks v4.0. Those who updated back then are in
pretty good shape. Those who didn't are now looking for updates for their older
versions (some of which don't even boot up). We've done the work to update them
(all versions), so I see no reason not to have it available. If you don't want
it, then that's fine. Actually AppleWorks is much better than any PC program
when it comes to relational data basing and macros.
