It's simply a fancy screw bit. You can get them with different threading,
and they're marked as such. Make sure you get a tap that's larger than the
diameter of the hole by enough of a margin to make a good threaded surface,
meaning to dimple the metal at least slightly.

Just as long as you match the screws to the tap, you should be okay.
