I just added activegs to my ipad last night. I hope to try adding
disk images this weekend (hardddrive images I use with Sweet16 and
KEGS, raw not 2MG.) I also download iPhone Explorer (older PPC
version) for my iMacG5 (osX 10.5.8) and old PhoneDisk (for PPC).
However, I also did a jailbreak on my ipad last month, so I have
access to FTP WiFi server, netatalk, scp and ssh, for file transfer.
I hope that ftp, netatalk (AFP) or scp will work for me if iphone
explorer doesn't. You can do a lot with root access on an ipad. If
you haven't upgraded beyond ios3.4.3, do the jailbreakme3 web-based
jailbreak. You'll love exploring the ipad/ios filesystem ;-) Once
jailbroken, the ipad almost becomes a useful computer. Not as good as
an AppleII, but fun in its own way. Cydia has some good apps.
I know I am not answering your question, but want you to know that I
am just behind you in trying. I have only one web page (the
jerkwerks: AppleII and IIgs warez on your ipad) to work from. Do you
know of any online docs or help for adding disks to activegs?
Good luck!
