These people trying to sell cable descrambler
plans have got to be stupid.  If you have enough
smarts to build one then you probably have enough
smarts to design and build your own.  It is an
interesting subject, but why would anyone buy
plans for it?  Some of the schemes are soooo
simple it is not funny.  Some put an audio signal
in and others invert the video signal.  A notch
filter and an OP AMP can take care of these
schemes easily.  Anyway, I know this is off
subject, but I wonder how many idiots have bought
the plans.

The one you are talking about is a pure scam, his
plans will not work in 99% of the systems, what he
is doing is clearly against the law.  The Postal
Inspection Service shut him down, they did that 3
times before and he just reappears with another 
address.  Just complain to his IP, but now he is using
a very Spam Friendly one is Spain, so that will do no
good.  Just forward copies to the USPS Service off 
their Web Site,  www.new.usps.com.
