The IIc is small with a built-in keyboard. It's clearly labeled "IIc" on the
top. The IIgs is smallish with no built-in keyboard. It's clearly labeled
"IIgs" on the front.  Seems unlikely you have one of those, since the label
is easy to see.

The II, II+ and IIe are all large, with integral keyboard.  The II+ and IIe
should be clearly labeled on the removable top cover. The original II just
says Apple II. Since the cover is removable, I suppose the cover could be
from a different Apple II.

You might also look up some sites on the web with pictures.
