Unless your monitor syncs down to the GS's video rate (15.75 kHz horizontal,
60 Hz interlaced (not really) vertical), no.  If your monitor will do that
(mine, an NEC MultiSync 3D, will), KVM switches are available from Belkin
(IIRC, and maybe one or two others) for which an adapter is available to
convert the PS/2 keyboard and mouse signals to ADB, and another adapter is
available to hook a VGA cable into your GS (these adapters were often
bundled with "Mac-compatible" monitors).  You're probably looking at well
over $100 for that setup, though; for that price, separate monitors,
keyboards, and mice would be cheaper.  (Are you looking for the cheap
solution, or are you mainly interested in saving space by not having two
monitors?)
