Hi Chris;

I've seen the LCD panels a few times on E-Bay. They are very rare and
were very costly new. I know someone who's got one but I've never seen
one 'in the flesh'.

I don't know about the battery though. I had a //c years ago and can't
remember seeing one, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist by any means
though!
