Yes, it supports PPP and SLIP over a serial port.

Yes, with the addition of a MacIP module for the IIgs TCP/IP stack
(Marinetti). There is such a module but it has not been released to the
public yet because it's not finished.

No, but it can be used via PPP or SLIP to a Linux box, which can act as a
router to connect to the Internet. There was a session at KansasFest 2000
about doing this, and the video and some accompanying reference information
