The following disk has been uploaded to our AppleWorks 5.1 area:

The AppleWorks�5.1 /EXTRAS disk

The ultimate AppleWorks bug: From around 1996 to the end of its publication,
the publisher shipped the WRONG accessory disk to Apple II users of AppleWorks
5.1! If you got a disk named /INSTALL containing a lot of sample files, fonts,
and other fairly useless stuff, you are a victim of this infamous switcheroo! 

This disk archive contains the correct disk, called /EXTRAS, which originally
came with AppleWorks 5.1. Now you will be able to install AppleWorks, update
your TimeOut programs, use the Alarms feature, customize your default macros,
and do other interesting stuff that the AppleWorks programmers intended for you
to do instead of sitting there saying, "huh?" 

Even if you got the correct /EXTRAS disk or have the disk from AppleWorks 5.0,
you may not have the latest versions of the default macros source code. (The
publisher never shipped this at all!). Download this archive and get ready to
start out correctly with your own custom macro set. 

For AppleWorks 5.1 only. This disk contains data files only. You must already
own the AppleWorks 5.1 program to use this disk.
