Using both sides of double sided disks

I have forgotten how (or if) you do this.

I am trying to replicate my original WordPerfect Apple IIc/IIe 5-1/4 DSDD
disks on three disks, as originally packaged.  I know the notches and holes
have to be added, but is there a too to do this?
