I'm not familiar with that particular model, but monitors are fundamentally
the same. You'll have to remove the back and work with the monitor on, which
is hazardous. Don't attempt this unless you have some knowledge of
electricity and have reviewed safety info on monitor repairs.
There are typically one or more adjustments for red, green and blue located
on the board attached to the rear of the CRT neck. They are usually located
along the top edge, and may even be labeled R G B.   Make a note of the
current settings, in case you need to start over.  If they are not labeled,
I just tweak slightly to see the effect until I find the one I'm looking
for.   Keep in mind that too much green may actually be too little red.
Ideally have something on screen with a variety of colors and white, so you
can get them all adjusted properly.
