I'm sorry but I have to tell you that there's absolutely no way to
translate it.  Unfortunately, French cannot be translated to any other
language.

OF COURSE there is a way to translate it!  Why do you think we have
translators?
 
A few ways to translate it would be:
 
1. Learn French and translate it yourself -- or don't bother to
translate it but read it directly in the original langage.
 
2. Get a French dictionary and do your best to translate it.  This
may require some work, but it's definitely easier than learning the
language thoroughly, and the results can be surprisingly good.
 
3. Find some translation software and have it translate it for you.
 
4. Hire a professional translator to translate it for you.
 
5. Ask if someone wants to do the translation for you for free.
 
Which method should you use?  Depends on what you want: 5 (and 3, if
you can locate some freeware) will be cheapest, 3, 4 and 5 will
require the least work, while 1 and 4 will give the best translation.
2 is a compromise: it's easier than 1, it's cheaper than 4, and
you're less dependent on the mercy of others than in 5, and the
quality of the translation may be better than in 3.
