Chameleon is a shareware program that is the most flexible for this
task: it can catalog and copy files between DOS 3.3, Pascal, CP/M and
ProDOS disks.
The next best options would be:
Apple II System Utilities (the ProDOS utility suite that came with
recent Apple II ProDOS system disks) lets you catalog a Pascal volume.
I don't remember whether it can copy files from a Pascal volume.
If you have a IIgs, there is a Pascal.FST supplied with System 6.0 and
6.0.1 (I don't recall whether it was available in System 5.0.x). This
is a read-only FST, which means it allows you to copy files from a
Pascal volume, but not write anything onto one.
