Thanks Jeff for the varification on WDC's catalogue number. I did look at the
FAQs but what you've quoted is still over my head.  As far as finding the
catalogue numbers for the oscillators it's not enough help.  I'm a child of
the cathode ray tube generation. If a tube in the radio burned out I could go
to the store with it and they'd match it up for me. That's the level of
information I need.

I did a search on Digikey and came up with a page plus of 40Mhz oscillators. 
Someone did send me the catalogue numbers from Digikey and we are going
together to place an order.
