The cracked games at the Brutal Deluxe website.  I changed extensions on them to .do and tried booting them in AppleWin; the ones that crashed, I changed to .po.  I then used CiderPress to put them into ShrinkIt archives, grouping multi-disk sets together as I went.  I suppose there are tests you could run on an image to determine the type (grepping it for "UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS" to identify a ProDOS-order image, perhaps?), but I haven't implemented anything like that.
