Hi there,

    Interesting idea Bart.  I don't know if David responded or not but
honestly, i don't know how much of a market it would gather.  Writing a
book is a pretty big task and the number of new users not familiar with
the Apple II is not all that high.  But if David is willing, I'm sure
he'll find a few people here and other places!
