Some Questions & WTB Apple //e & Old Cracking Memories !

Hi Friends;

I would like to buy an immaculate, late model Apple //e. I've been
looking on ebay and see that they are really, really cheap (good
news!)

I have a few questions though and could use some help as my apple
memory has faded since school.

[1] How do I ascertain that I am buying the latest possible //e?

[2] Are all the latest ones platinum?

[3] I would like a duo drive & color monitor. Do they come in the
platinum color as well?

[4] Did Apple themselves make a 1 meg memory card w/the full 1 meg?

[5] Does anyone remember the Mockingboard? What's the best audio card
for compatibility and quality?

[6] Can you run a CD player or 3.5" floppy off of an Apple iie?

[7] There MUST be a place where you can d/l old warez!! When I was in
school the coolest people were the ones with the most warez!!

[8] I remember a Hong Kong student who had an intersting device. It
was a controller card with a digital display that showed what track
and sector the floppy drive was on at all times. VERY useful in
cracking warez! (remember cracking warez and catalogs moved to track
23 etc hehehe...) Anyway, Does anyone have a WildCard or even better
the card with the digital display for track/sector?

[9] What about Copy ][+ and all those GREAT apps?
