There is an Apple III Plus owner's manual that I think discusses the
interlaced video switch on the left side of the case and other
differences between the III and the III Plus. I haven't been able to
obtain a copy, though.
The standard Disk III floppy drive works with the III Plus, but you'll
need an adapter to use it with the external connector. Disk II drives
don't work with any model of the III.
There's also a lot of III Plus-specific information available in the
Service Manual.
