Need Library type system for UG Inventory

Greets from the void, one and all:

I am looking for a piece of software to help manage our users group
inventory. I am looking for something similar to what a Library might
have used.  And it needs to run on an AppleII computer.

Ideally I'd like to find what our HS Library once used, light pen and
all.  But I'd consider anything that performs functions listed below.
(AppleWorks anyone?)

It needs to:
Accept inventory listings with indexing code, title, issue number, year
and month
Accept user information with index and Name
Be able to tell me what is currently in stock
Check out inventory
Check in inventory
What is checked out
Report that tells how long items have been out and who has them.

Be nice to have date searches, reports on who, etc.
