Thank you for your reply, Paul. I'm not blaming piracy alone. For me, it's the
whole amosphere of the way Apple II "is" now. Anyone who tries to do some good
work seems to be overshadowed by pirate-types and their vast promotions on this
board.

I'm not talking about selling software (although others might be interested in
doing this still). I'm talking about regular Apple II developers sharing free
uploads and  information. All this takes a lot of time and work, and it is very
easy to be discouraged.
