I think that the Apple Blossom site offers a disk through the mail with
telecommunications software. I was just searching my bookmarks for it, but can't
find it. Perhaps someone else can supply the url, or you could try a web search.

Further, the Apple II Web ring site seems to be down. Does anyone know about
that?
