It sounds like you copied it first, and then you were contacted by Dieresis.
I can see why QC doesn't like this sort of behaviour. Web design is big
business and they could put a large value on the images and imagemaps you
took.

In web design it is usual to take ideas from other people's sites. But not
whole layouts.

Now why didn't you even take out the links on the lower part of the menu
bar?
