OK, so I worded it a bit funny...they way it sounded when I was typing
it out was that version had a problem not adding the resource fork, as
in it always seems to add it.  So, let's try that paragraph again.

With 8.5 on up (I think) it became File Exchange.  It still reads
ProDOS disks (and the text files) no problem, but it does have a
problem writing to ProDOS disks without including a resource fork
and ruining the ability of ProDOS 8 to access the file.

That sound better?
