Laser 128EX

I just got my hands on a Laser 128EX. According to Laser adds in Nibble,
this machine is 3x faster than a stock II, and has a memory card for
adding up to one meg of RAM. My machine is on my work bench, and there
are four banks for 256K RAM chips.

Here is my question. Will 200 nanosecond chips work, or do I have to use
my 80 or 70 nanosecond chips? (I don't have enough chips at speeds
between 200 and 80 to do more than fill one bank.)
