Info needed on two cards

I finally picked up a ROM 03 IIgs system today, and it came with a couple of
cards that I'm curious about.

One is a sound card of some kind (I think) but I'm not sure. It has a
rainbow cable that plugs into J25, by the speaker connector, and stretches
across the board to a small, single chip card that has what looks like a
sound output plug that connects to the back of the computer. The card has
Roger Wagner Publishing (1988) on it. Can anyone tell me anything about this
card?

The other is a memory card but I'm not sure how much memory it has. It's an
Apple IIgs Memory Expansion card, and it's fully populated. It has "670-0025
A" (1986) marked on it. Can anyone tell me how much memory this thing has?
The chips are 256-15's by various companies.

Also, I should have picked this up by now but what are the benefits to
having a ROM 03 board, compared to a ROM 00 or 01? It looks like my ROM 03
board has 1 meg of Fast memory but other than more memory than the older
models, what is different or better about it?
